An Eigen lesson board teaching an NCLEX priority question: four clients, the ABCs, potassium piling up from a failing kidney to the heart, the peaked T wave, and why a day-one post-op fever can wait

Students at these schools learn with Eigen.

Works with everything you study from

If you can screenshot it or upload it, Eigen can teach it.

use this every night for pharm it explains how drugs work in a fun way instead of just making you memorize them

@nursemode_sarNursing · Pharmacology

the way it draws out body systems on the whiteboard makes way more sense than just reading the textbook over and over

@clinical_skyNursing · Anatomy & Physiology

using it for mcat bio and biochem. it teaches the why behind every system so i'm not just grinding anki cards all day

Quotes are from Eigen students. They describe studying with Eigen, not NCLEX results.

Before you start

I already use UWorld and Anki. Where does Eigen fit?

Right after you miss a question. UWorld shows you what you got wrong and Anki helps you remember it. Eigen teaches the reasoning in between, so keep all three.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT replies with text and waits. Eigen teaches out loud on a whiteboard, draws the labs and the strips, and changes its explanation when you interrupt.

Can I paste a screenshot instead of typing?

Yes, and that’s the fastest way. Paste or drop in the image of the question, the options and the rationale. Eigen reads them from the picture.

Can I save the explanations?

Yes. On a paid plan you can download the whole board as a PDF. On any plan you can screenshot the parts you want to keep.

Is it up to date with the 2026 NCLEX-RN test plan?

Yes. The plan that took effect on April 1, 2026 kept the same eight Client Needs categories and weights as the 2023 plan. The one change was a rename: Safety and Infection Control is now Safety and Infection Prevention and Control.

Does it work for the NCLEX-PN too?

Yes. Bring PN questions the same way. The PN test plan names some categories differently, like Coordinated Care, so tell Eigen which exam you’re taking.

Is Eigen only for nursing?

No. Eigen teaches any subject, from pharmacology and pathophysiology to chemistry and statistics. Nursing school and the NCLEX are just a popular reason to use it.

What does it cost?

It’s free to start, with no card. New accounts get 30 minutes of full access, then the free plan gives you 2 lessons a day of up to 10 minutes each. Paid plans remove the limits and add PDF downloads.

Bring the last question you missed

Screenshot it, paste it into Eigen, and say “walk me through this.”
